Shipping & Production Policy

Welcome to our store! Because all our products are printed on demand (POD) especially for you, we maintain a dedicated process from production to delivery to ensure the best possible experience.

Please Note: The Nature of Print on Demand

Due to the unique nature of the print-on-demand process, every single item is manufactured individually. Because of this, it is practically impossible for every print to be 100% identical or flawless. Minor variations in alignment, color shades, or placement can occasionally occur and are a completely normal part of the customized printing process.
However, your satisfaction is our top priority! If your product arrives with a significant, noticeable defect, a severe misprint, or physical damage, please do not worry—we will take full responsibility and make it right immediately.
1. Production & Fulfillment Time
  • Average Production Time: 1 to 3 business days (1.4 days on average).
  • Important Note: Production time is the period required to print, quality-check, and package your order. This time is calculated separately and is not included in the shipping transit times listed below.

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been printed, packaged, and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link so you can follow your package's journey.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Please note that international shipments outside of our main production hubs may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
